SOCIAL CO-CREATION PROGRAMS

I’ve been supporting Erasmus and Erasmus+ programmes supporting the EU education, training, youth, and sport with my coaching approach, learning and developing knowledge and experience since 2013. I collaborated in the projects below:
2023

Portugal: Inspirational Mental Health and Wellbeing Event. Goal: to organize and facilitate a large-scale programme week with the involvement of young people, through which young people and youth workers become more aware of preserving and developing their own mental health and wellbeing, and are inspired to multiply knowledge.

2021

Budapest: Mental Health and Wellbeing SNAC. Goal: organizing and facilitating online and classroom programs. Objective: to help youth workers and facilitators in the field of mental health and wellbeing.

Finland: Kick-off Event of Mental Health and Wellbeing for young people. Goal: to develop mental health and wellbeing awareness among young people and youth workers.

Greece: Towards Collaborative Practice Forum (TCP). Goal: social and digital innovation for social inclusion through action-oriented coaching.

Hungary: HiSchool – Plan your future! Goal: support high school students with individual and group coaching to gain self confidence in order to make easier and better decisions regarding their further studies and life plans.

Europe (online): Who cares for the caregivers? Goal: to draw the caregivers’ attention to their own mental health and wellbeing by facilitated webinar.
